We read the sender name and the message text, such as "Telegram code" or "G-123456 is your Google verification code", and tag each SMS with the app it came from.
What if my app isn't listed?
Use any number with a recent last-SMS time from the all numbers page. Most apps accept them; the listed ones are just the most common.
